Located in the bucolic town of Cortona in Tuscany, the Stefano Amerighi estate is born from the desire, matured over the years, to succeed in producing a great Syrah.
This is possible thanks to the peasant tradition of the Amerighi family and the passion and knowledge of the world of wine, as well as the practice of biodynamic agriculture. The ethics of my operation, the complete absence of corrective measures and the old-fashioned crushing of the grapes, with the feet, make this wine a true mirror of the grape of the year. Stefano is a passionate and meticulous winemaker, a kind and inspiring man!

Tasting Notes:

Stefano Amerighi's Syrah is, without a doubt, one of the best Syrahs in Italy, if not the best!
Powerful nose with notes of black cherries, pepper, roses, tobacco, rosemary and other wild aromas from Tuscany. On the palate, it is straight and very structured with a good length.
An absolutely magical wine.

Fine and racy red wine.

Food and wine :

Roasted rack of veal under the mother, sage jus and chanterelle risotto. Larded quail stuffed with dried fruits, roasted porcini mushrooms and chickpeas in gravy.
