Domaine Saint Amant

Domaine Saint Amant in the heart of the Dentelles de Montmirail at 600 m altitude on marl and limestone soils Beaumes de Venise appellation with the prestigious Gigondas and Vacqueyras next door.

Old grenaches, syrahs and carignans, and some viogniers are vinified together in large oak barrels over 15 years old. It is not the wooded side, but the expression of the terroir of altitude which is sought after: the wines are racy, very pure, elegant.
