Thierry Faravel draws the quintessence of three names Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Beaumes-de-Venise at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail.

The syrahs and grenaches, old vines at altitude are worked carefully to make juices in the respect of the Fruit but keep all the qualities of the soil.
The wines benefit from a long aging in lightning to bring distinction, harmony and sweet tannins.

Their abilities to improve over the years are remarkable.
