The other vintages of:
It was in 1893 that Prosper Delord founded the Delord company. Today, Jérôme and Sylvain, his great grandsons, continue the family tradition under the protective eye of their father, Jacques.
The Maison Delord vineyard covers an area of 42 hectares, divided into 11 parcels located in the commune of Lannepax. It is composed of the 4 traditional Armagnac grape varieties: Ugni-blanc (56%), Colombard (24%), Baco (14%) and Folle-Blanche (6%).
Delord is one of the only Armagnac houses to use both methods of distillation: the continuous distillation typical of Armagnac and the double toast distillation.
The cellars have more than 1,000 barrels and a dozen oak casks that mature and protect Armagnac eaux de vie dating from the 20th century to the present day. The oldest vintages are kept in a bottle, protected from the light, in a room called the Paradise.
Jacques and Sylvain Delord, the noses of the house, taste, select and marry the eaux de vie. After Prosper, Gaston and Georges, they are the guarantors of the typicality of Delord armagnacs.
