When Jean-Paul and Michel expressed to their father their desire to work in the vineyard, just as he did. Lucien Dardé then decided to sell the village property that he was exploiting near Clermont, Herault, to acquire an estate with a unique cellar.

In 1977 their choice was to Domaine Les Yeuses, which required a lot of work. This marked a revolution in quality: plantation renewal, renovation of housing and operation buildings, and modernization of the cellar. All these efforts have been made thanks to a dedicated team of employees, as well as technical and commercial partners, enabling the Domaine Les Yeuses to impose itself as one of the references of Languedoc wines.

Since 2005, the third generation has been committed to continuing this project for more than 40 years. Sylvain, the son of Jean-Paul, and Magali, Michel's daughter, both invested in the service of the Domaine Les Yeuses.

The vineyard, with an area of 80 hectares with sea view, is established on a slightly sandy clay-calk soil on a gentle slope. The Mediterranean climate accompanies grapes throughout the year, while the proximity of the sea brings a welcome freshness at the end of the maturation, thus preserving the fruit characteristic of coastal wines. Some plots are located in the town of Loupian, near the basin of Thau, while another islet is not far from the estate.
