The three secrets of the domain Chiroulet are:
   * an exhibition of the southern peak vineyard
   * high altitude
   * the winds whistling, "Chiroula", in Gascon patois
to produce ripe and healthy grapes.

Philippe Fezas produces this dry white wine on these clay-limestone lands, of Ténarèze, in the heart of Armagnac.

50% Gros Manseng, 40% Sauvignon and 10% Ugni Blanc
