      Nose:
Smooth , fine, it is marked by spices (pepper) , ripe fruits ( plum , peach) and citrus zest .
 It operates in the smoke and dark chocolate.

      Palate:
Cheers , very spicy . Jam ripe fruit ( plum) .
Liquorice , it reveals the progressively thin acrid peat.

     Finale:
Long, it reveals notes of honey , heather and sweet spices .
On a pleasant vegetal freshness (chlorophyll ), it extends ashes.
