Very small vineyard of 4 hectares on clay-limestone lands located in Nézignan-L'Evêque close to Pézenas.
It was produced 1200 bottles of this vintage.

       Variety:
80% syrah, 20% grenache noir

       Tasting notes:
The nose is open and expressive with hints of prune and chocolate.
On the palate tannins are sweet and walls. Fruity final.

     Wine style:
Red wine of very fruity terroir.

     Food and wine pairing:
Barbary can with turnips of Pardaillan.
