Fauzan Castle is situated on a clay and limestone plateau altitude on the land of the Liviniere.
In recent years Jean Philippe Bourrel offers friendly and rather affordable wines with expressive fruit and a nice area.
You would need two bottles to offer a glass to all the friends.



      Grapes:
80% Syrah and 20% Grenache.
Long carbonic maceration, concrete tank farm of 16 months.

      Tasting Notes:
Deep red, nose of black fruit and licorice.
The palate is full, with a good fruity finish.

      Style of wine:
Typical red wine.

Duck and gnocchi Piemontaise.
