Established in Béziers, a wine merchant created in 2010 by the oenologist Fabien Gross, son of a winemaker from the Haut-Rhin region who became a "blender and breeder of French wines". With a presence in various vineyards in the country, it aims for haute couture creations and ready-to-consume wines, capable of conquering international markets.

The deep, intense colour of Villa Chavin Merlot suggests a nose of great precision and expressiveness with aromas of plum, raspberry and blackcurrant. It has a silky, round mouthfeel and texture that gives way to subtle, slightly spicy notes.
