The Gardiés domain is divided into two soils, the schists on Espira de l'Agly and the clay and limestone on Vingrau under the cliffs. Jean Gardiés, has for precept the respect of the grounds and nature, the main part of the work is carried out initially in the vineyard. Year after year, the wines are silky, harmonious and pure.
