The other vintages of:
It was in 2000 that Daniel Le Conte des Floris, former journalist of the Revue du Vin de France, took the plunge by creating an exciting estate in Pézenas. Its Burgundy formation is reflected in its taste for the variation of terroirs, the delicate management of barrel farming and, ultimately, in wines favouring aromatic complexity and freshness.
Word of mouth has made its whites stars of Languedoc, forerunners for their intense, precise and greedy style, with a preserved breath. It is essential to look for its White Moon cuvée from the rare white Carignan grape variety. Deep and of great care, it is one of the greatest Mediterranean white wines!
In red, finesse dominates, around the variations of the terroir with the vintages Villafranchien (grenache) and Carboniferous (syrah). Homo Habilis is a long-lasting wine based on mourvèdre.
The wines sometimes need one or two years of care to find their marks but they become sumptuous with a few years of cellar.
