The recipe for success of Mas Montel consists of only three ingredients:
respect of the vineyard, passion for local culture and transmission of family traditions.

The best parcels are located on the slopes surrounding the small village of Aspères in Terre de Sommières in the north west of the Languedoc appellation.

The wines produced come in two styles:
Refined and stylish worthy of gastronomy for those of Mas Granier
authentic and naughty for those Mas Montel.

     Grapes:
Syrah, Grenache.

     Tasting notes:
Ruby red color. A nose with complex aromas of cherries, spices, blackcurrant. Rich mouth is hot. Velvety tannins and round finish.

     Wine style:
Fruity and round red wine.

      Food pairing:
Beef flank with shallots.
Bourguignon beef with new potatoes.

      Potential of guard:
4 to 6 years in your cellar.
