Grape varieties :

90% Grenache noir and 10% Cinsault

Tasting notes :

A great aromatic elegance in this blend of different plots of Grenache and Cinsault.
Isaure, reveals a beautiful pale pink colour, brilliant with golden reflections. The nose is delicate and complex, with pretty floral notes (rose and lily flower), followed by a bouquet of exotic fruits punctuated by lemon notes. On the palate, between freshness and roundness, one discovers a balanced, ample wine of great harmony. A sweet mixture of white flowers, intense fruit flavours such as strawberry, juicy pomelo, candied lemon and exotic fruits. The melted, saline and savoury acidity brings a great freshness and generosity to the whole. The finish is suave and persistent.

Delicate and complex rosé wine.

Food and wine pairing :

Swordfish tartar with coconut milk, pomegranate and bird's eye chilli. Lamb curry from the Cathar region.
