Located on a millennia-old boulis at the foot of Montferrand Castle, the entire property (13 hectares) is currently in production.
Fabien Reboul relies on 6 grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Roussane and Marsanne) to produce these cuvées, which have become indispensable for the designation Pic Saint Loup. A little bit of you, by chance, Hope, Tem Tem... An ode to good wines.
The particularity of the holding lies in the winemaking by assembly of grapes during the cuvation.
Fabien Reboul, winemaker in Pic Saint Loup
For ten years Fabien deepens his studies in viticulture and explores the world.
His first experiments in Côtes du Rhône lead him to the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, where he vinifies the subtle "Corton Charlemagne".
His quest to know then leads him to Oregon, then he finds himself "head down" in New Zealand, discovering a new light. The opening to various cultures allows Fabien Reboul to design exceptional wines, whose ideas he outlines through the landscapes and people he meets.
His unique terroir at Pic Saint Loup, the commitment of the owner and his passion make Fabien's creations a work that resembles him: original, mixed, balanced and, above all, sincere.
The cultivation of the vine begins with that of man.
