Fabien Reboul, winemaker in Pic Saint Loup
For ten years Fabien deepens his studies in viticulture and explores the world.
His first experiments in Côtes du Rhône lead him to the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, where he vinifies the subtle "Corton Charlemagne".
His quest to know then leads him to Oregon, then he finds himself "head down" in New Zealand, discovering a new light. The opening to various cultures allows Fabien Reboul to design exceptional wines, whose ideas he outlines through the landscapes and people he meets.
His unique terroir at Pic Saint Loup, the commitment of the owner and his passion make Fabien's creations a work that resembles him: original, mixed, balanced and, above all, sincere.
The cultivation of the vine begins with that of man.
