Ruinart was the first Champagne House to be founded in 1729, and is an essential reference. The historic Champagne House Ruinart owes its birth to the visionary and precursor monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. Located in the heart of Reims, the Ruinart House watches over a treasure. Unique, monuments of history and architectural prowess, the Ruinart chalk pits have been classified as a historic site since 1931 and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List since July 2015. Nearly 40 metres underground, in the darkness and coolness of the cathedral-like cellars, the precious bottles wait to be brought to light. Elegance, style and timelessness define the DNA of the Ruinart Champagne House, which is one of the most appreciated brands in France, embodying the excellence of the French art of living in the four corners of the world.
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is made from a majority of Premiers Crus from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. Their aromatic finesse is combined with the roundness of the Sézannais crus and the freshness of the Vesle valley.

Tasting notes:
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is characterised by a beautiful pale yellow colour with golden and green highlights. The finesse of the effervescence is persistent. On the nose, the bouquet is intense and reveals aromas of fresh fruit such as citrus and exotic fruit reminiscent of pineapple. After aeration, floral aromas are expressed with notes of lime blossom, then white peach. On the palate, the attack is supple. The mouth is round and harmonious. The palate is enchanted by its voluptuous texture supported by a beautiful freshness. The finish is mineral.
