It is a gin produced by the Domaine du Coquerel, a House founded in 1937 and renowned for these aged Calvados. The maceration lasts from 4 to 12 days then the distillation is carried out in a copper column used to produce Calvados.

Normindia is a light, fresh and fruity gin evolving towards notes of sweet and floral spices. Citrus dominates just behind juniper. The round and smooth palate reveals notes of apple with a zest of orange. Its finish is loaded with sweet spices and a hint of vanilla.
