Vines planted at the top of the hill at a place called "En Chagnon" in the town of Montigny-les-Arsures. These are backed by a limestone cornice made up mainly of fatty gravel and revealing the underlying gray marl of the Lias.

Tasting Notes:
The color is beautiful, clear with golden reflections. Aromas of vanilla and light lemon notes then give way to a more generous nose with a toasted touch. The whole is more expressive after ventilation. The palate is full-bodied and mineral with good tension. A nice fat is brought to this wine thanks to a vinification and aging in oak barrels. The grain of aging in wood brings slightly roasted notes to this mineral profile. And what a pleasant length!

Domaine Rolet is located in Arbois, in the Jura. Family property since the 1940s with its creation by Désiré Rolet. His children and grandchildren shared the task at the estate while continuing the family tradition.
In the spring of 2018, the estate and its vineyard were acquired by the Devillard family, well known for their Burgundy production.
The property's vineyard covers 63 hectares of vines under the Arbois and Côtes du Jura appellations. The grape varieties present at Domaine Rolet are Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir. The cultivation is reasoned in order to produce wines as close as possible to their terroir, in particular thanks to manual harvests and a careful selection of grapes. The vines are 45 years old on average.

The Arbois appellation owes a lot to the Rolet estate.
Over the years, he has managed to keep his own style, an alliance of a classic style rooted in Jura taste and good technical mastery. The wines typified by maturing under veil (in particular the yellow wines of Arbois) are the most regularly successful.
