Attractive, very pale pink colour with a slight salmon hue. Discreet, elegant nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruit. Fresh, thirst-quenching palate with tropical notes of pomelo, lychee and white flowers.

Delicate, fruity rosé wine.

   Wine and food pairing :
Fillet of sea bass with fennel and preserved lemon. Sautéed green asparagus, burrata, traditional Modena balsamic vinegar and Sicilian pistachios.
