Domaine Weinbach, at Clos des Capucins, is one of those magical, elusive and timeless places. It is rare to find a place with so much energy and history, producing wines of such purity.
Supported by her two sons Eddy and Théo, Catherine Faller is at the head of the estate, deploying rare energy to keep the quality of the wines at the highest level. His son Théo pays a lot of attention to the vines, which have been biodynamic since 2005 throughout the estate, while Ghislain Berthiot, who has been present for a few years, is in charge of the vinification. Eddy comes to support his mother on the commercial part.
