The vineyard of the Domaine de Figuières extends over 70 hectares at the top of La Clape at an altitude of 150 m behind a rocky ridge facing the Mediterranean.
This exceptional terroir of limestone marl nestled in the heart of the scrubland provides the ideal setting for making great wines.

Grape varieties:
Grenache, syrah.

Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet color with dark ruby ​​reflections. Elegant, the nose is impressive in fidelity to the dominant grape variety. The notes of pepper and violet delight the senses. While it is easy to access, with fine and generous aromas, it is nonetheless complex and racy. Round, smooth, silky palate. The attack is a caress from Bacchus. The mid palate, supported by fine and well-balanced tannins, reveals aromas of sour cherry, pepper and peony. The finish is long with mineral aromas and a pleasant freshness.

Food and wine pairing:
Roe deer jig with lingonberries. Veal chop in a spice crust, cream of parsnip with wild garlic.
