The three secrets of the Chiroulet estate are :
the exposure of the vineyard from the ridge to the south

the whistling winds, "Chiroula", in Gascon patois to produce ripe and healthy grapes.

Baptized by allusion to its harvest season, "Soleil d'Automne" dispenses the subtle sweetness of raisined grapes of gros and petit manseng. A gourmet paradox, it combines sweetness and sapidity without becoming purely sweet. This duality makes all the charm of this typically Gascon wine and symbol of an art of living.

      Grape variety :
70% gros manseng and 30% petit manseng harvested when overripe.
Close and complementary grape varieties, petit and gros manseng have a propensity for sweetness as they ripen, without seeing their acidity capital degrade, a factor of freshness and balance. The approach of this wine is in line with this epicurean scheme.

      Tasting :
Very expressive, the nose presents itself as an alliance of enticing fragrances of tropical fruits, vanilla and rose perfume. On the palate, a full and unctuous matter makes discover, according to its undulations, flavors echoing the aromas, stimulated by acidic sensations in favor of a sweetness that also owes to a matifying minerality the appreciation of its greedy balance.
