In the Languedoc region, a seven-hectare estate facing the terraces of the Larzac, Mount Saint Baudille and the Virgin Rock. In 2017, Marie and Paul fell in love with this place surrounded by forest and river, located in the commune of Saint-André-de-Sangonis.
Paul and Marie Ryckwaert create their wine for pleasure.
Trained as a sommelier at the Wine University of Suze la Rousse in 1999, Marie has been managing a wine discovery club for 20 years with a concept of monthly selection of wines from a different appellation distributed to subscribers. For the past 15 years, Marie has used Paul as a guinea pig to validate her selections. It is without complaining too much that Paul plays the tasting game. Paul, who has been in the car business for 40 years, with the chequered flag in his sights, is looking forward to a peaceful and green retirement. The meeting with Marie and wine is a beautiful idea for the future to share together.
Today, every evening and every weekend are dedicated to the vines because a good wine always comes from good grapes, it is with the pickaxe and the secateurs that everything happens.

Intense and deep nose of candied black fruit, cherry and blackberry with floral notes of violet. Tasty, fruity and elegant on the palate, with a delicate woodiness.
