The label of this cuvée is the result of the meeting of Karine and Nicolas Mirouze with an artist, Philippe Nivez. Their journey is made up of sharing which has enriched their winegrowing adventure.
The Cuvée Ciel came after the Cuvée Sol en Corbières as an echo of the concentration of the Sol towards a more aerial side of the Ciel.
Grape varieties :
50% carignan, 30% syrah and 20% grenache noir
Vinification: De-stemming, indigenous yeasts, maceration for about ten days, gentle pumping over.

Black fruit, spice, clean mouthfeel with tannins that underline the tension of this wine.

We are in Bizanet, the "gateway to the Corbières and the Cathar country", at Château Beauregard Mirouze, which has been in the family since 1881! The wine estate is located in the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park on the northern slopes of the Massif de Fontfroide.
In 2000, Karine and Nicolas took over the estate, restructured the vineyard, and now manage 25 hectares of vines in organic farming since 2010 and in biodynamic farming since 2018.
If each wine has its own personality, they all offer us greedy, generous, robust wines, enriched with the innumerable scents of the Mediterranean flora, always very accessible for the palate as well as for the wallet.
Spices and garrigue on the nose. On the palate, the wine shows good density and depth. The wine is structured by a sappy side with very elegant tannins.
