A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre, in a beautiful land in the piedmont piscenois.

     Ageing:
Oak barrels for 9-18 months varietals.

     Tasting Notes:

Long and balanced. Perfect to accompany a festive dish.

Covering an area of 32ha, the vineyard extends Bébian the foothills of the Cevennes, in the area of Coteaux du Languedoc Cru classified Pezenas. One of the jewels of the region!
It has the distinction of being highly fragmented. Indeed, over time, have been retained only the 43 plots representing the largest geological interest, the exhibition, a south, southwest.
For wine, the grape varieties consists of Syrah, from the mass selection in Chave in Hermitage and recently planted 2ha de Beaucastel Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Grenache mainly from Château Rayas Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and Mourvedre from the Domaine Tempier Bandol.
They grow on dry and stony soils of three types: limestone, clay and limestone Villafranchian, basalt lava flows, clay loam (white quartz pebbles and travertine / pink marble).
