Wine produced with the oldest Syrah vineyard, derived from clay and limestone scree.

Return 30hl/ha, handpicking,
Traditional vinification with maceration of 20 to 30 days, manual punching.
Low yields and parcel vinification is the key to the Cuvée Le Roc des Mates.

       Ageing:
The extraction and refinement guide this aged for 18 months in oak barrels wine.
20% new oak, oak barrels from the center of France.
