The other vintages of:
Romain Benet founded his estate in 2016 with his wife Anne. It was named "Nova Solis" (new sun) in homage to a life change that resonates as a rebirth for them.
Located in Jonquières, they bought vines from a local co-operator, who grew them in conventional agriculture, to make them organically certified plots since 2020.
Both landscapers in Paris during their first life, the Languedoc, and especially the Terraces du Larzac, was a fairly obvious choice for them, on the one hand because of the availability of land and vineyards, and on the other hand by the charm of a quality of life undeniably better than in the capital.
With a range available according to solar movements, from dawn to dusk, they have something to seduce.
