Traditionally produced from selected Piedmontese wines and aged for several months in casks.

From the very first nose, it suggests a grandiose, luxuriant, precise, epidermal, silky, exotic, subtle, shimmering and poetic setting. Thus, from medieval hangings to antique woodwork, it takes us on a wander through settings of absolute classicism and yet crazy modernity.

Profile: rich, firm. Profusion of caffeinated notes, blood oranges, flowers and aromatic plants, candied lemons, red fruit jams, black grapes and salted almonds.

The creator of Vermouth del Professore, Leonardo Leuci is a passionate man with great expertise. A globetrotter, he divides his time between cocktails and travelling the world in search of new spirits after having been a bartender in many countries including Cuba, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Venezuela, Mexico and Saint Lucia.


Thanks to a background that also includes experience in sommellerie, Leonardo Leuci has combined his know-how in spirits and wines to create a craft range (vermouth, liqueur, gin...) in collaboration with the Quaglia distillery in Piedmont.
