Del Professore A la Madame is a unique gin, which only the Jerry Thomas Project holds the secret.

The final filtration is done very gently in order to preserve the aromas as much as possible. In order to offer a unique product, the recipe is slightly modified at each change of batch. Each batch is made up of less than 3,000 bottles.
Located in the heart of Rome, the Jerry Thomas Project is a bar to which we also owe the expression Monsieur et Madame du gin Del Professore. Between them, Monsieur and Madame are the reproduction of a style of gin that had left the counters: the Bathtub Gin. This expression was born during the years 1920-1930, during the American prohibitionist era. It referred in particular to artisanal gins produced illegally at home, in distilleries or in speakeasies (underground bars). A 100% authentic expression that takes you back a few years to a prohibited America.

This gin is made entirely from berries picked in Italy. The 16 plants used are cold infused in a juniper distillate with spices and herbs.

Round in style, the nose is marked by citrus fruits (lemon, orange) and spices including cinnamon. The palate is herbaceous, with notes of mint and juniper. The finish adds a hint of vanilla.
